Biggest Lie: 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help you.' 15-Second Bio: Roy Lewis (TMF Taxes) is our resident tax geek. He'll answer your tax questions in the Tax Strategies folder, and generally hangs around the Personal Finance and Fools School area. He was born in Long Beach, CA in 1951, and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at California State University. Roy interned with Windes, McClaughry & Co., CPAs until 1975, when he was asked to leave (something about the managing partner's daughter). He lived and worked in southern California until 1994, when he was asked to leave the state (something about the Governor's daughter). He then decided to semi-retire and moved to Tempe, Arizona (where the Governor has only sons, and things appear safe for the time being).
