The Motley Fool
LouAnn  Lofton
 Interview   Profile
Is this going on my permanent record? 15-Second Bio: LouAnn  Lofton is a writer for The Motley Fool and really couldn't be happier to be so. In a past life, she worked for a think tank in Washington, D.C., but since finding the way of the Foolish, she left the highfalutin' world of politics and economics behind for one of financial fun. When not penning articles for the Fool, Lou can often be found enjoying a Guinness (or two) with fellow Fools, reading lots of books by writers from her home state of Mississippi, watching boxing and the Redskins on TV (and sometimes in person!), and generally just goofing off online. She loves chocolate so much she should marry it.
