We’re glad to know you’re looking after us, and we appreciate your making the effort to let us know about an unexpected obstacle on our site … and sorry for the inconvenience!
Our site has a lot to offer, so we understand that it might be hard to locate the magic portal that connects you to our team of talented techies.
So how do you report a bug or a technical difficulty on The Motley Fool site? Here’s the breakdown of our Motley array of approaches:
If you’re a premium member — that means you’re paying for one or more of our investing services — and want to report a glitch with a specific service (Stock Advisor, Rule Breakers, Motley Fool ONE, etc.), you can visit the Help link found in the navigation bar at the top of your service’s home page. Here, you should find a link that will connect you to the appropriate Member Support team. If you prefer, you can also use your service’s discussion board to report the problem.
If you’re a non-premium (non-paying) member — that is, you’re sticking with our free content on Fool.com — or want to report a problem with a page on the free site, we invite you to use this link to submit whatever questions or concerns you may have. Alternatively, you can post your report on our Improve the Fool discussion board.
We are always happy to help!
