(April 27, 1999) -- Received a missive from my younger brother today. He operates a seacat off of North Carolina. He said the season's been strong. Lots of dolphin fish (mahi, you call it), some wahoo, some tuna. Not so many marlin but that's best in early April, not later. He says you need to go further south in May for that. The point of the letter was he's thinking of investing in another boat and he knew I'd financed tractors and equipment in previous years. He should be in touch more often.
The S&P rose 0.20%.
