Dueling Fools

November 29, 2000

Fade out. That's what shares of digital music powerhouse MP3.com (Nasdaq: MPPP) have done since the May Duel. Rick Aristotle Munarriz (TMF Edible) played the bullish score while David Marino-Nachison (TMF Braden) went for the minor key.

While our Voting Fools sided with Rick's optimistic melody, the stock has shed nearly half its value in the six months that followed. Coda! Indeed.

Victory? David. Congrats!
