Dueling Fools

January 24, 2001

Last summer, we had a Duel rated PG... Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG), that is. Paul Larson (TMF Parlay) sang the company's praises, while Bob Fredeen (TMF Bobdog) thought the conglomerate was going to take a fall.

Our Foolish Voters sided with Paul. In a nervous market, money wound up flocking back into steady stocks like Procter & Gamble. End result? The stock has risen 22% over the past six months.

Victory? Paul & Voting Fools. Congrats!

Revisit the Procter & Gamble Gambit.
