Dueling Fools

September 5, 2001

Is it Buy, Sell, or Hold for Charles Schwab (NYSE: SCH)? That was the question we posed six months ago -- well, absent the "Hold" part. Chris Rugaber (TMF Chris) was our Bull. Mike Renshaw (TMF Rimpy) was our Bear.

Voting Fools sided with the optimist, as is usually the case. This time, the broker couldn't be brokered to higher ground. The stock shed more than a third of its value as market apathy dried up business.

Victory? Mike. Congrats!
