The Cola Wars took center stage six months ago. Was Coke (NYSE: KO) ready to fizz out? Was Pepsi (NYSE: PEP) running flat? Paul Larson (TMF Parlay) fancied Coke while all Rick Aristotle Munarriz (TMF Edible) wanted was a Pepsi.

The Voting Fools sided with Rick's Pepsi argument. While both stocks held up relatively well in the sluggish market, Pepsi inched out ahead as the choice of the new investing generation.
