CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL  ) has declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock, payable December 3, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2012.
