Warnaco Announces Earnings Release Date and Webcast for Third Quarter Fiscal 2012 Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Warnaco Group, Inc. (NYSE: WRC  ) today announced it will release its third quarter fiscal 2012 results after the market close on Monday, November 5, 2012. The Company also will hold a conference call on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. EST to discuss the results.

The call will be webcast and may be accessed via the investor relations page of Warnaco’s website at www.warnaco.com. For those unable to participate, a replay of the webcast will be available following the conference call.
