MetLife Declares First Quarter 2013 Common Stock Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET  ) today declared a first quarter 2013 common stock dividend of $0.185 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2013 to shareholders of record as of February 6, 2013.

As previously announced, beginning in 2013, MetLife has transitioned to paying common stock dividends quarterly. The company previously paid its common stock dividend on an annual basis.
