Autoblog Canada and Unhaggle Partner to Deliver Market-Leading Car Shopping Tools

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AOL Canada’s leading automotive brand Autoblog Canada (ca.autoblog.com) and Unhaggle announced today a partnership that will provide Autoblog Canada users with seamless access to Unhaggle’s proprietary car buying tools and marketplace.

The partnership with Unhaggle extends the Autoblog experience for car buyers and helps them complete the process of finding the best local offers on their new car. Autoblog’s extensive suite of new car research tools enables consumers to choose, compare, build and price the vehicle that suits them best. With Unhaggle, consumers can then select local dealers who will respond with their best matching offers online. If there is an offer they like, the consumer can reserve the vehicle and finalize the transaction at the dealership without further negotiation.

“Our partnership with Unhaggle completes the Autoblog shopping experience. Consumers can read reviews, and news on the vehicle they are looking to buy; build, price and compare the vehicle and receive dealer offers, all from the comfort of their home. Complete shopping tools in combination with the Unhaggle buying process empowers consumers with the information they need to make the right choice and get the best offer,” said Autoblog Canada general manager, Paul Cramp.

AOL Canada’s Auto properties, which include Autoblog Canada, attract a highly engaged automotive audience reaching 695,000 monthly unique visitors*. In addition to the recent launch of new car shopping tools, Autoblog Canada offers original digital content, news, reviews, automotive event coverage, technology updates and best-in-class photo and video galleries.

“Unhaggle believes buying a new car should be a fun and hassle-free experience,” said Radek Garbowski, co-founder of Unhaggle. “We’re excited to be working with Autoblog Canada to deliver an innovative car buying experience.”

Autoblog Canada is telling consumers about their new car shopping tools with a takeover of the SkyWalk for the month of February, a prime location to interact with auto shoppers on their way to the Canadian International Auto Show, starting today at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The takeover features the site’s signature billboard made entirely out of car parts, inviting consumers to “Find original stories in every car.”
