MUNCIE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The dividend dates shown in the press release dated March 4, 2013 were incorrect and are revised as shown below:

First Merchants Corporation (Nasdaq: FRME  ) declared a cash dividend on March 4, 2013 of $0.03 per share, payable on March 20, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2013. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is March 13, 2013.
