NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC  ) , a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in risk, strategy, and human capital, today declared a quarterly dividend of $.23 per share on outstanding common stock, payable on May 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 10, 2013.
