UnitedHealth Group Schedules First Quarter Results Earnings Release and Conference Call for April 18, 2013

MINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH  ) will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2013 on Thursday, April 18, 2013, before the market opens. Stephen J. Hemsley, president and chief executive officer, will host a teleconference at 8:45 a.m. ET to discuss the results with analysts and investors. This call will be webcast live on the Investors page of the company’s web site (www.unitedhealthgroup.com). The webcast replay will be available following the live call on the same site through May 2 and also will be accessible by dialing 1-800-839-2492.
