From Academy Award-nominated director Richard E. Robbins, Girl Rising spotlights the strength of the human spirit and the power of education to change the world. Girl Rising first gained attention among moviegoers through a crowd-sourcing approach in which fans commit to buying enough movie tickets to secure a screening. Based on that interest, Regal Entertainment Group is now making the acclaimed film available to audiences in more than 150 theatres across the country.
