MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Avtex, a national provider of customer experience technology solutions, today announced financial results for the first quarter of its 2013 fiscal year. According to Avtex CFO Chris Kumsher, the results confirm the company’s encouraging growth track, building on the momentum of a strong finish to 2012.
“We realized strong top-line growth and a very positive impact to our core earnings compared to Q1 of last year, as we continue to experience unprecedented demand for Avtex solutions,” Kumsher said. “With a strong backlog and sales pipeline, we are highly optimistic that this trend will continue.”
Key first-quarter activity included securing several large custom software projects for which Avtex will develop intellectual property through its application development practice. In addition, Microsoft brought in Avtex as a partner on several large customer experience projects involving the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
