American Public Education to Webcast Second Quarter 2013 Results Conference Call

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Public Education, Inc. (Nasdaq: APEI  ) – parent company of online learning provider American Public University System, which operates through American Military University and American Public University – plans to release second quarter 2013 results before the open of U.S. financial markets on August 8, 2013.

A live webcast of its second quarter 2013 earnings conference call will be broadcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, August 8, 2013. This call will be open to listeners through the webcast section of the Company's investor relations website, www.AmericanPublicEducation.com. A replay of the live webcast will also be available starting approximately one hour after the conclusion of the live conference call.
