BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE: ODP ) , a leading global provider of office supplies and services, today announced that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, August 21, 2013.
Shareholders of record on July 11, 2013 will be eligible to vote at the annual shareholders meeting. The location and time of the meeting will be included in the proxy materials, which will be mailed to shareholders in advance of the meeting.
