JPMorgan Chase Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM  ) declared dividends on the outstanding shares of the following preferred stock issues:

  • Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I in the amount of $395.00 per share (which is equivalent to $39.50 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable October 30, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2013.
  • Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series Q in the amount of $257.50 per share (which is equivalent to $25.75 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable November 1, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 2, 2013.
