Home site lies just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville and Music Row

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Music City U.S.A. will be the site of the HGTV Smart Home 2014. Construction is underway on the Tudor-style residence in Duncanwood Reserve in the desirable Green Hills area of Nashville, Tenn.

Consisting of three bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, the HGTV Smart Home 2014 will feature many of the latest technology trends to connect the home’s appliances and devices, and give the homeowner better control over energy use, security, interior climate and lighting.

HGTV viewers can enter for a chance to win the home when the HGTV Smart Home 2014 Giveaway opens for entries in April 2014, and can watch the home come to life at HGTV.com/smarthome.
