4 Stocks Attracting Top Investors

There's a reason why more than 30,000 investors flock to Omaha each May, and millions more rummage through the Berkshire Hathaway annual reports: Gleaning knowledge from proven investors is one way to find the stocks that will make you rich.

Using Motley Fool CAPS, the Fool's 135,000-plus-member investing community, we can see which stocks are receiving a boost in attention from CAPS All-Star players each week. A sudden increase in bullish interest from top-rated investors could signal that the stock deserves further research.

Here are four stocks receiving more support from CAPS All-Stars over the past month:

Please do not take this the wrong way, because I do appreciate all the work the staff at Motley Fool does, and the information provided. I have picked up some good leads here and after doing my own research, have placed my "bets". I do take some exception to your use of "Top Investors" in the caption to your article. Just because someone makes a pick, does not mean they have made a "real" investmet in it, either long or short. With the number of picks some members have, it would be nearly impossible for them to have enough money to do so. I understand, this is not necessarily what the site is about, and I am sure that most have at least some "real money" invested. I realize there is no way to know for sure, but it would be interesting to see a member survey of who is really putting their money behind their picks. I would be interested in following those members, because I know they would have done more research before making their picks. I currently have 3 stocks in my picks that I do not have backed by real money, and those where made by accident when back spacing from my watch list. Again, I appreciate all you do, and the service and information you provide, but it would be nice to see a survery (at least of the top performers) as to who at least claims to actually be investing in their picks.

Teacher, I for one did not take your comment the wrong way. I understand that money can be the root of all evil. I didn't say it is the root of all evil, but that it can be with some people. But, I have to admit that I don't think too many people are not putting the money where their mouth is. Certainly I'm not. Unless it were the other way around, where I'd sure be a sceptic of where my money is.
