Qwerty - Obviously the article is current. Buying BLUD now is a bit like Buffett buying American Express during the Salad Oil scandal in 1963. It is at a 4.5 year low and trading at 13 times earnings. The company will respond to the FDA by next Friday, and if the response is satisfactory there will be no interruption in the manufacturing license.
