That rating hasn't budged in three months as analysts have remained steady in their opinion of the stock.
  • Revenue forecasts: On average, analysts predict $22.5 million in revenue this quarter. That would represent a rise of 6.3% from the year-ago quarter.
  • Wall Street earnings expectations: The average analyst estimate is earnings of $0.24 per share. Estimates range from $0.23 to $0.26.

The rest of the Fool community is not convinced, though, with 56.4% giving it an underperform rating. Fools are gung-ho about Acadia Realty, though the message boards have been quiet lately, with only 32 posts in the past 30 days. Acadia Realty's bearish CAPS rating of one out of five stars falls short of the Fool community sentiment.
