The 1 Tech Stock to Buy Now

The following video is part of our "Motley Fool Conversations" series, in which analyst John Reeves and advisor Dave Meier discuss topics across the investing world.

Dave talks about Infinera, a stock he follows very closely. Infinera just reported earnings recently, so Dave provides his view on that. The video concludes with Dave's long-term case for Infinera.

Big tech names might gather a lot of investor attention, but the truth is they're playing second fiddle to an even larger revolution in technology. To better prepare investors for this new revolution, The Motley Fool has just released a free report on mobile named "The Next Trillion Dollar Revolution" that details a hidden component play inside mobile phones that also is a market leader in the exploding Chinese market. Inside the report, we not only describe why the mobile revolution will dwarf any other technology revolution seen before it, but we also name the company at the forefront of the trend. The Steve Jobs Betrayal
You may already know that in the final year of his life, Jobs revealed a stunning betrayal — and told his biographer, "I will spend my last dying breath... and every penny of Apple's $40 billion in the bank to right this wrong." What was it that made Jobs so irate — and why could it make a few in-the-know investors some major profits over the coming months and years?

Enter your email address below to find out what made Jobs so enraged!

    What does that mean.

The guy has stock in it, so of course he will

pump it. Just because it is being lab trialed

    doesn't mean a thing.

I am 25 years old and just getting into stocks in an IRA from $ left over from the military... It seems that it is one thing to listen to people talk and provide opinions and another to actually examine a company. INFN right now has no debt, some cash on hand, but is overall losing money or making very little. They apparently have some huge potential for the future, but that is an uncertainty. How should I look at INFN... As a stock that is worth the risk and may pay off, or something that is too sketchy and I should stick with more secure investments? When can a person be sure that they are through trials and are for sure going to make a lot of money? How can I find that out before the general public and buy before the price shoots up?
