The guest on this week's nationally syndicated Motley Fool Money radio show is corporate-governance expert Nell Minow. In late 2011 Chesapeake Energy CEO Aubrey McClendon agreed to buy back the collection of antique maps he had previously sold to the company. In this audio segment, Minow analyzes how shareholders of companies like Chesapeake and Nabors Industrial get mistreated by executives who are careless with company finances, and why investors should avoid those companies.
