In today's edition, analyst Austin Smith discusses what could be a step toward the legalization of online gaming: social gaming. If there is one thing that the hype around Facebook's  (META -0.52%) (META -0.52%) IPO has shown, it's just how far social networks have permeated into our daily lives. The near instant acceptance of social platforms could be a big lever for the gaming industry to pull and could push them closer toward online gaming.

The potential market for legalized gaming is enormous, but the winners may not be so obvious. While social media game makers such as Zynga(ZNGA) (ZNGA) seem like clear victors, Austin actually likes the casino operators a little more. While Zynga may be the best-positioned game maker, the heavily branded casinos could be better plays. Watch the video below to learn why.

As great as online gaming could be for casinos, their real growth will continue to come from abroad. They aren't the only ways to play massive international growth though.  Our free report “3 American Companies Set to Dominate the World” shows you how. Click here to get your free copy before it’s gone.
