The following video is part of our "Motley Fool Conversations" series, in which analyst John Reeves and advisor David Meier discuss topics around the investing world.
David and John take a closer look at three high-yielding pipeline companies. The first one is TransCanada, which is one of the largest pipeline operators in North America. It has a 4.2% dividend yield, which has been growing at around 5%. The other two are Enbridge and Spectra Energy. Both provide solid yields, which have been growing in recent years. Of the three, David likes Spectra the best. It's an important part of the natural gas supply chain and has an attractive total return with below-average risk.
