The following video is part of our "Motley Fool Conversations" series, in which analyst John Reeves and advisor David Meier discuss topics relating to their 10-Bagger portfolio.

Last quarter, Apple reported record earnings, with net profit increasing 94%. Motley Fool CEO Tom Gardner said that it "may have been the greatest quarter in American corporate history." Tomorrow, the company reports its third-quarter results, and investors are expecting another big quarter. David thinks Apple will report solid iPhone sales, even ahead of its iPhone5 release. Nokia and Research In Motion have been reporting weakness, so that might actually be a good sign for Apple. David also thinks iPad sales should come in higher than expected. The launch of Google's Nexus 7 might worry Amazon.com, but it's unlikely to have a meaningful impact on Apple. Finally, David thinks there’s a possibility that investors could learn of a dividend increase. All in all, John and David expect to hear good things from the company and think it's a good buy for investors.

If you're a tech investor, the amount of Apple stock in your portfolio has been a key factor in whether you've been stomping the market in recent years. However, with the company preparing its most important phone launch in history with the iPhone 5 and looking at a game-changing television, the stakes have never been higher for Apple. If you're looking for how to play Apple in the coming months, The Motley Fool has created a brand new report listing not only the opportunities facing Apple, but also what to look for to know when to sell. The report not only comes with a write-up from one of our top analysts but also includes continuing updates whenever news strikes the company. Click here to get started today!
