The following video is from Tuesday's MarketFoolery podcast, in which host Chris Hill, along with analysts Jason Moser and Joe Magyer, discuss the top business and investing stories.

In this segment, the guys look at ConAgra Foods' (NYSE: CAG) new acquisition of Ralcorp (NYSE: RAH). ConAgra is the major food giant behind several famous brands, and news of the acquisition had share prices up for ConAgra, and up significantly for Ralcorp. We take a look at whether this move that puts ConAgra more in the private-label industry will give it a boost, or whether this turns into another overpriced acquisition that ends up being somewhat lackluster.
