1 MLP That Is Very Well Connected

Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE: EPD  ) is a master limited partnership, or MLP, with the kind of diversification that every energy sector investor likes to see. The amount of pipelines EPD has is tremendous, reaching to every major oil and natural gas play in the U.S. This is a huge benefit for companies like EPD operating in the midstream, due to the huge amount of demand for midstream transport capacity because of the booms of oil and natural gas production in the U.S. at the moment.

The growing production of natural gas from hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling is flooding the North American market and resulting in record-low prices for natural gas. Enterprise Products Partners, with its superior integrated asset base, can profit from the massive bottlenecks in takeaway capacity by taking on large-scale projects.
