EPS came in at $0.76. The 11 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $0.74 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.76 for Q3 were 5.0% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.80 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 37.0%, 580 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 25.7%, 530 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 22.7%, 270 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $1.97 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.74.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $7.41 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.97.
