Cheniere Energy Partners' business model is NOT based on arbitrage. They have locked-in long term contracts that specify both quantities and prices. This is not the first time that Ms. Duffy has made this erroneous statement. It is a very important error on her part because she uses the misinformation to convey the impression that CQP is high-risk and very speculative.

Made the same statements a few weeks ago they must not listen. I told them the Sabine pass operation is farther ahead of schedule than most pundits say and the fact that Sabine will have 5 trains eventually and all export capacity has been sold.I agree they keep saying this is a spec stock, totally wrong anyway I have been a buyer for years now and built a nice position, can't wait for the dividend to kick in in 2016. Fool your fading.
