Cooper Tire & Rubber (NYSE: CTB ) has declared its latest quarterly dividend, which is in line with its previous payouts. The company is to offer $0.105 per share of its common stock on March 29 to shareholders of record as of March 16. By doing so, Cooper has paid out $0.105 consistently in every quarter since at least September 2000.
According to the company, this upcoming payout marks its 164th consecutive quarterly dividend.
At its current rate, the disbursement annualizes to $0.42 per share. That yields 1.7% at Cooper Tire & Rubber's current stock price of $25.39.
