The next monthly payment in freestanding commercial properties REIT American Realty Capital Properties' (VER) annualized dividend of $0.900 per share will be paid May 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 8.
The monthly installment is $0.075 per share. As the company previously announced, the annualized dividend will be increased by $0.01, from $0.90 to $0.91 per share. It is the sixth consecutive quarterly increase made to its annualized dividend and will commence with the company's June 2013 dividend.
