Ellington Financial (EFC 1.35%) has declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.77 per share. The payout on June 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31. That's the same payment Ellington made for the fourth quarter of 2012 when it also paid shareholders a special dividend of $0.75 per share. Prior to that the dividend had been at $0.70 per share.
