    Let`s me tell you the reason why Walmart struggle. Their customer service are horrible. Their online products are horrible, too. They deliver damaged products to customers. Amazon is also the reason they struggle.

    With $470 Billion in annual sales and growing, i would have to say that Wal-Mart is not struggling! I have had excellent customer service experiences at my local Wal-Mart!
