Energy-efficiency expert IXYS (NASDAQ: IXYS) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.03 per share, the same rate it paid the past two quarters after initiating a payout last October.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 28 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 7.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.12-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.1% based on the closing price of IXYS stock on May 21.
