Urstadt Biddle Properties (UBP) (UBA) -- the real estate investment trust with two tickers -- now has two separate executives at the top of its corporate structure, as well.
On Thursday, Urstadt announced a move to split the roles of company Chief Executive Officer and Chairman by promoting current President and Chief Operating Officer Willing L. Biddle to the position of CEO (while simultaneously keeping the President's and COO's roles), and having current Chairman and CEO Charles J. Urstadt stay on only in the first position.
No changes in either person's compensation structure have yet been reported to the SEC.
