Vancouver, WA-based Nautilus (NLS) needs a new CFO.
Thursday evening, Nautilus announced that Chief Financial Officer Linda Pearce will be resigning effective July 2 in order to take a new job as CFO of the Tillamook County Creamery Association, a large dairy cooperative located in Tillamook, OR.
In a statement, Pearce described her decision to leave Nautilus as reluctant, but said she had been "presented with an unexpected opportunity," and decided to take it. Nautilus is already searching for a replacement CFO.
Nautilus shares have more than doubled since Pearce joined the company last August. News of her departure helped to send the shares down 3.3% in Friday trading, to close at $7.98.
