Electronic components manufacturer Molex (NASDAQ:MOLX) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.24 per share, an increase of 9% from the $0.22-per-share payout it made last quarter when it announced the increase.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 25 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The electronic components maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since at least 1988.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.96-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.2% based on the closing price of Molex's stock on July 1.
