Memorial Production Partners (NASDAQ: MEMP) is keeping its shareholder payout level for now. The company has declared a distribution of $0.5125 per partnership unit, to be paid on Aug. 12 to unit holders of record as of Aug. 1. That amount matches the company's previous distribution, which was handed out in mid-May. Before that, the company paid slightly less -- $0.5075 per unit.
The just-declared distribution annualizes to $2.05 per unit. That yields 10.2% at Memorial's most recent closing price of $20.05.
The company also announced that its Q2 results will be unveiled before the market opens on Aug. 7. Shortly thereafter, management will host a conference call to discuss the quarter.
