Ford (F 0.37%) has had a lot of success with its in-car "infotainment" system, called MyFord Touch. It's very popular with Ford buyers and very profitable for Ford -- but some owners have found the system to be a cumbersome, glitch-prone mess.

So many consumers have complained about MyFord Touch that the company's quality ratings have taken a nosedive. Now comes word that a consumer group has filed a potential class action suit demanding that Ford fix this "defect". Is this a huge headache in the making?
