Electric-motor maker Regal Beloit (RBC 0.90%) announced on Friday its third-quarter dividend of $0.20 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 5% from $0.19 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Oct. 11 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 27. This represents the 213th consecutive dividend paid by the motor maker.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.80-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.1% based on Friday's closing price of Regal Beloit's stock.
