Closed-end investment company Source Capital (SOR 0.49%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.75 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 23. The investment company is managed by First Pacific Advisors. The regular dividend payment equates to a $3.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 4.6% based on the closing price today of Source Capital's stock.
