Financial services specialist PrivateBancorp (PVTB) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.01 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on September 30 to holders of record at the close of business on September 16. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.04-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.2% based on the closing price today of PrivateBancorp's stock.
