Commercial real estate developer Liberty Property Trust (LPT) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.475 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2008.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 15 to holders of record at the close of business on October 1. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.90-per-share annual dividend, yielding 5.3% based on the closing price today of Liberty Property Trust's stock.
