WD-40 (WDFC -0.31%) is spraying another shareholder payout onto its investors. The company has declared its latest quarterly dividend, which will be $0.31 per share paid on Oct. 31 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 21. That amount matches each of the company's three preceding distributions, the most recent of which was paid at the end of July. Before that, WD-40's can was slightly less full; the company distributed $0.29 per share.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.24 per share. That yields just under 2% at WD-40's most recent closing stock price of $62.32.
The company is scheduled to unveil its Q4 results on Oct. 17.
