Mobile World Congress, the biggest mobile device trade show in the world, kicked off this week in Barcelona, Spain, and a flood of news for smartphone investors has already emerged from the show. One major announcement came from Nokia (NOK -0.27%), which is introducing three new low-cost phones, named X, X+, and XL, running a forked version of the Android operating system. They are priced between approximately $120 and $150.
