Another of JPMorgan's (JPM -0.47%) top brass is now leaving the company. Blythe Masters, a 27-year JPMorgan veteran who oversees the firm's physical commodities unit, will be staying on long enough to complete the sale of the unit to Mercuria Energy Group for $3.5 billion, before moving on to other things. She is the latest in a series of exits by top ranking executives at JPMorgan, including Frank Bisignano and Mike Canvanagh. Is this an exodus that investors should be concerned about?
